New Hope Christian School’s experienced preschool staff provide a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment for our youngest students. Our preschool has four classrooms and includes a 2’s, 3’s, 4’s, and junior kindergarten (JK) program. Students are placed according to their birth date. ​

Our staff understands that early education builds a foundation for future academic success. Our curriculum infuses hands-on learning, learning through active play and socialization, daily Bible activities, and an introduction in phonics, reading, writing, and pre-math skills.
 

New Hope Christian School is a qualified recipient of DHS and Kamehameha Schools assistance for those families who have applied directly with them and qualify according to their guidelines.

Potty Training

Only students entering the 2's class are allowed to be in diapers and pull-ups. Our staff partners with the parents to incorporate potty training into their daily routine to get them ready for the next class. 

​

All students in 3's, 4's and JK classes must be fully potty trained to be accepted into our program.​ Being fully potty trained means the student is able to​ communicate their need to use the bathroom, pull down and up their pants, and are able to wipe themselves.
