Aloha NHCS ‘Ohana!

 

Upon retiring from the Hawaii Army National Guard after 20 years of service and moving on from the accounting sector, I now could not see myself anywhere else other than contributing to reach, teach, and discipling our youth.

 

Six years ago, I first entered the education profession when I took the chance and “tested” God when I submitted my teacher application here at New Hope Christian School.  Having little experience with children other than my own, I thought it was a far shot and believed if I were to get the job it would have been because of God.  I am humbled and honored that He opened that door for me into the education field.

 

As a teacher first, and now the Principal/Director of New Hope Christian School, I am excited for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year and what God has in store for this ministry of New Hope Leeward!
