FACTS Tuition Management
FACTS is our tuition management system used for the collection of tuition and optional fees.
Account Setup
1. Click on the link below to create your account:

2. Add your child(ren) enrolled at NHCS
3. Set up your billing information
4. Select a payment plan
5. Submit your agreement
6. NHCS will set up tuition charges, program fees and finalize your agreement.
7. Once NHCS finalizes your agreement, FACTS will send you an email notifying you that the annual FACTS enrollment fee will be charged in 14 days.
NHCS Enrollment fees (separate from FACTS enrollment fee) paid by cash/check will be manually entered into your account.

Information System
FACTS SIS is our Student Information System.
Account Setup
1. Click on the link below to create your account: https://nh-hi.client.renweb.com/pw
2. Enter the District Code: NH-HI
3. Type in your Email. This must be the email address that we have on file for you.
4. Click "Create Account"
5. Click on "Web Forms" to review your student's information, and update if necessary.
Brightwheel is our school-wide communication app.
Preschool
Parents/guardians, emergency contacts, and authorized pick-up persons will receive an invitation to use Brightwheel for the required daily check in/out process.
Check in/out process
1. Scan the QR code
2. Enter a personalized 4-digit code
3. Provide an e-signature
4. For pick-up, authorized individuals must show school staff their Brightwheel screen displaying the name(s) of the child(ren) they are picking up.
